If, for some reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time may incur charges.

Insurance and Billing
Our office accepts a variety of different insurance and HMO's. Please call our office and our staff will help determine your dental benefit as estimated by your insurance carrier.


Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
